Community Empowerment

We believe meaningful impact begins with people—by expanding access to education, skills, and opportunity. Through close partnerships, associate involvement, and inclusive initiatives, we support individuals and communities as they grow with confidence, dignity, and purpose.

Hosted at New World Saigon Hotel, The Inner Spiral marked the beginning of a cultural collaboration with An Nam Gallery, local artists, and Saigon Children. The exhibition transformed the hotel lobby into a shared space for art, culture, and community, while raising funds to support children’s education in Vietnam.

Curated as a sensory journey, the initiative showcased works by 15+ Vietnamese artists to an international audience and engaged hotel associates throughout the exhibition and charity auction. Welcoming over 100 guests, The Inner Spiral demonstrated how creativity and collaboration can create meaningful social impact.

At New World Saigon Hotel, we believe sport can bring people together for good. In partnership with Saigon Children’s Charity, we hosted a Pickleball Fundraising Tournament on April 5, 2025, combining friendly competition with a meaningful cause.

With all entry fees donated, the event raised 30,630,000 VND to support scholarships and education for underprivileged children. Though limited to 32 players, the tournament showed how small moments of connection can create lasting impact—where every serve and rally helped shape a brighter future for Vietnam’s youth.

At New World Saigon Hotel, nurturing future talent is central to how we support our community. We partner with Francis Restaurant School (FRS), a non-profit organization providing free vocational training for disadvantaged youth through the German dual training model.

Working with Technical College II and the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (AHK), FRS combines classroom learning with real hospitality experience, helping students gain skills and income. Since July 2025, four FRS students have begun one-year internships at New World Saigon—marking a meaningful step toward inclusive growth and long-term opportunity in hospitality.

At New World Saigon Hotel, we cultivate future hospitality leaders through meaningful partnerships with educational institutions. Our collaboration with the iHotelier Program at Hoa Sen University reflects a shared commitment to excellence in hospitality education.

Following the signing of an MOU in December 2024, this long-term partnership connects learning with real-world practice through hotel tours, career talks, internships, and industry-led workshops. As a Diamond Sponsor of iHotelier, we also support a platform that inspires young talent. Together, we aim to bridge education and professional practice, helping students build confident and rewarding careers in hospitality.

At New World Saigon Hotel, we believe small acts of care can help build stronger, more resilient communities. Through our partnership with Enda Vietnam, we support initiatives that uplift vulnerable individuals and promote sustainable community development.

In 2025, our team provided direct financial assistance to 40 informal waste collectors in difficult circumstances, contributing a total of 90,000,000 VND across three visits—offering both practical support and encouragement. Building on this commitment, the next support phase on January 30, 2026, will provide an additional 40,000,000 VND to assist 20 more informal waste collectors.

Working alongside Enda Vietnam’s long-standing efforts, this collaboration reflects our ongoing dedication to compassion, dignity, and shared well-being—reinforcing that sustainability is as much about people as it is about the environment.

At New World Saigon Hotel, we are committed to creating inclusive opportunities through real-world exposure and connection. In collaboration with Vocational Training and Employment Introduction HCMC, we welcomed hearing-impaired students for a guided hotel tour, offering them first-hand insight into a professional hospitality environment.

For many, it was their first experience inside a luxury hotel—exploring guest rooms, restaurants, and facilities, and even trying hands-on activities such as cocktail and milk tea preparation. Supported by sign-language interpretation, the visit fostered mutual understanding and confidence. Through this experience, we hope to encourage young people to see their potential, pursue their aspirations, and feel valued as future contributors to society.

The H.U.E Art Exhibition is a collaborative initiative between New World Saigon Hotel, Saigon Children, and Limitless Contemporary, created to bring the public closer to distinctive artistic voices united by creativity and a shared commitment to giving back. The exhibition engaged 32 active bidders, successfully raising funds for 22 educational scholarships for young people in challenging circumstances.

Centered on diversity, H.U.E brought together works from artists across generations and backgrounds—from professional painters to students and alumni of the Ho Chi Minh City University of Fine Arts. A dedicated exhibition space showcased artworks by children and students supported by Saigon Children, reflecting the belief that education can open pathways for dreams through art.
